Robert Pertich | Director
Robert is the Managing Director of Systema Group and formed the business back in 2003. He is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Registered Tax and ASIC agent. When not in the office or liaising with clients, Rob can be seen kite surfing off Aspendale beach or patrolling at Mordialloc Life Saving Club.
Tracey Baker | Accountant
Tracey is a Senior Accountant and also the ASIC Guru for all Systema Group clients. Tracey has worked in the Accounting industry for 30 years with the past 13 years at Systema. She is happily married to her husband and they have a son and two daughters and they love to spend time all together wakeboarding in summer.
Grace Ju | Accountant
Grace is a Certified Practising Accountant and has over eight years experience in providing business and taxation services for self-managed super funds, individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships. She has worked at Systema for 3 years and specialises in self-managed super funds. Grace is good at analysing and providing solutions for different issues. She initially came to Melbourne to study Accounting & Finance, but decided to live here permanently after graduation. Grace has been married to her husband for 10 years after meeting each other in uni. They have a toy poodle named Lala.
Fanny Gothelipe | Accountant
Fanny completed her bachelor's degree in Accounting in Brazil and worked as a financial accountant in different industries such as: consulting, engineering and construction for 4 years before coming to Australia. She came to Australia and recently completed her master's degree in Professional Accounting. Fanny started working at Systema in 2019 as a graduate accountant. Fanny currently manages accounts payable & receivables and works with small business taxation.In her spare time, Fanny likes to spend time with her partner and friends, practice yoga, meditate and listen to indie folk music to relax.

Raj Sheth | Director
Raj is a Certified Practising Accountant and Director for Business Services. He brings a wealth of experience having worked in a Big 4 and Mid-Tier accounting firms. Raj concentrates on working closely with our clients to ensure he can assist them in achieving their financial goals within and outside of their family business. When not at work, he loves to unwind by going on a long drive or reading a book.
Kristy Kurdian | Accountant
Kristy has been working with Systema Group as an accountant for 18 years. She has a young family which keeps her busy and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Yaling Sun | Paraplanner
Sara has 5 years financial advisory experience overseas and 2 years paraplanner experience in Melbourne. Sara has completed: a Diploma of Financial Planning with RG146 Compliance, a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a graduate certificate of Financial Technology from UNSW. Sara recently joined Systema as a paraplanner and assists with financial planning. Sara enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and hiking. Her favourite TV show is Westworld and her favourite movie is The Hunger Games. She loves Japanese sashimi and Korean BBQ.
Karen Tran | Office Administrator
Karen completed her Bachelor of Business majoring in Management at Swinburne University. She has over 4 years experience as an office administrator; focusing on client services and relationships as well as handling social media accounts and marketing content. She is passionate about helping others and find assisting clients rewarding. In her spare time, she likes to relax by watching reality TV shows. Her favourite cuisines are Italian & Vietnamese
Marvin Ortega | Accountant
Marvin worked in BPO industry in the Philippines for 10 years before moving to Australia. He started as an intern at Systema after completing his accounting program. He is now an accountant who specialises in management accounting and small to medium enterprises. Marvin follows the NBA, roots for the Melbourne Football Club and enjoys spending time with his family.
